Dr. Roland Kracht, MSc

I am Pediatrician and Acupuncturist. One year ago I initiated the International Summerschool of Acupuncture (ISA) and am planning and organizing ever since.

What I expect from the ISA:
I wish that everyone who's participating the ISA experiences a unique week in its life!

My message to you:
Be there - physically, emotionally and open minded - for something really inspiring! I am looking forward to meet you. Some of you for the first time, others again! This will be awesome, I am so excited!!!

PD Dr. med. Florian Pfab

He was one of the brilliant lecturers of the ISA. His focus was on science in acupuncture as well as sports medicine!
Ask him everything you'd always wanted to know about treating the musculoskeletal system. He is the team doctor of a famous German football team.

Bastian Willig
Naturopath, Osteopath, medical student and Tai ji teacher. Within the ISA organisation Team I am responsible for script/handout translation and organizing materials.

What I expect from the ISA:
Meeting nice people, having interesting discussions, hard work!, (some beer)

My message to you:
Find your own special way of healing, it is already in you

Alex Schwickert
Final year medical student, ISA tutor, support of ISA participants

What I expect from the ISA:
I am looking forward to meeting everyone and learning more about different views on acupunture from medical students of other countries.

My message to you:
Learning acupuncture opens you a whole new world of seeing human beings and treating them apart from the knowledge you have already gained about biomedicine. It can help you to understand what really moves a person instead of saying "he doesn't have anything" or "she is just simulating" after having obtained no feasible results from the lab or an x-ray!

Sarah Eisenhardt
I just finished my medical studies so now got plenty of time to support the ISA project as a tutor.

What I expect from the ISA:
Meeting wonderful people from all over the world, get inspired

My message to you:
Be open minded and curious - it is going to be a great week!!

i ll be your head chef for the week of the isa in schloss tornow. i ll be assistet by two very experienced friends, nadine saalfeld, works with me on caterings and is a service angel first grade. and olaf struss has cooked with me a lot and he is compassionate and motivated. both are acupuncurists and i am very happy to have found a team which supports the vision of the isa, to the very core.

What I expect from the ISA:
i wish that everything runs smooth and easy, so we can support your on the back end of things, with delicious vegan organic food and drinks, so you can go deeper into the process of learning and sharing

My message to you:
so cool you are all coming to such an extraodinary event like the isa. all for a better and healthier world

Magdalena Grzesiek
As I am still at the very beginning of my "acupuncture- career" ;-) I will accompany the summerschool in the reflection groups and dialogues.

What I expect from the ISA:
I am very curious what will happen along this week and I hope we will learn to know each other, exchange experiences and have discussions about the differences and common grounds in our respective cultures and medical experiences ;-)

My message to you:
Maybe you would like to bring some music instruments or songs (maybe some special songs from your country)?

Aniko Dobos
ISA tutor and lecturer

Just passed her final exam - congratulations Aniko!! Wow, a new doctor for our better world!

Stephan Allmendinger
ISA lecturer; Physician (Pain therapy, Psychosomatics, Palliative Care); Acupuncturist and lover of chinese philosophy; Qi Gong teacher.

What I expect from the ISA:
I expect this week to be a unique and inspiring happening for everybody involved.

My message to you:
Come with an open heart and mind. And bring also your critical questions with you! Challenge us, your own beliefs and be ready to grow into new answers. And most important - let's celebrate our journey together.ten hier klicken .

Dr. Johanna Stoer, Gynaecologist

She loves acupuncture and just passed the exam for the "Master in Acupuncture" after ran through the A- and B-Diploma years ago!
Johanna is a very good example how to implement acupuncture into work life. She's your trainer for ear acupuncture! After that she will held an evening session and give you some insight into Acupuncture in obstetrics.

Dr. Nicolas Behrens, General Practitioner

The accentuation in his daily practice lies as well in the locomotor system with predominantly triggerpoint acupuncture and manual therapy and on the other hand with emphatic psychological guidance.
Dr. Behrens is one of the rare specialists in psychotonic which derives from Dr. Glasers' theories!

Dr. Michael Hammes, Neurologist
Dr. Hammes studied both Western medicine and, after that, Chinese medicine in China itself. Thus he speaks fluently chinese and is one of the few who's able to judge wether the western way of teaching, translating and interpreting chinese medicine is correct according to the origin! He's a well known publisher and author of acupuncture books.
Apart from that we respect his passion for teaching acupuncture and share his knowledge with everyone who's interested.
He will give us some insight in the history of Chinese medicine and acupuncture. Just be courious it's worth it!
